Service Description: Collects key information of those living at home who would be at greater risk during emergencies such as seniors, individuals with disabilities or who have critical medical needs such as dialysis and oxygen

  • voluntary and confidential service
  • provides information securely to fire, police, emergency medical services, local utility company and Canadian Red Cross during an emergency
  • offers information on how to prepare for emergencies
