Service Description: Helps survivours and their families deal with the effects of acquired brain injury (ABI) by providing support, advocacy and awareness * offers the following programs:

Peer/Mentor Support Program: Designed to help survivors and caregivers of Aquired Brain Injury (ABI) * matches individuals with a mentor who has already navigated the system

Survivor Support Group: Held the first and third Thu of the month from 7pm-9pm * meetings take place at the accessibility office in the John Rhodes Community Centre * all survivors welcomed no matter date of injury

Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People that have acquired brain injury and have completed therapy and are ready to continue on with their lives * this is a support agency rather than a rehabilitation agency
