Service Description:

Provides families with home visits by public health nurses and family support workers
- offers support and information regarding pregnancy and parenting, healthy child development, as well as healthy parent child interactions
- links families to community programs and services such as prenatal and parenting classes, mental health and addiction support, the Canada prenatal nutrition program, infant child development, speech-language, oral health services and nurse practitioners
