Service Description:

Helps individuals obtain employment and careers
Job Opportunity Program/Targeted Wage Subsidy: provides training and work experience with qualified employers/trainers to gain valuable knowledge and skills necessary to enter the labour force
Mobility Assistance: Individuals who have obtained full-time employment and who are relocating a minimum of 100 km may qualify for relocation assistance
Self Employment Assistance: assists individuals who want to start their own business and to become self-employed
Skills Enhancement/Direct Course Purchase and Apprenticeship: unemployed/underemployed persons who require assistance to overcome existing or anticipated labour market barriers may qualify for training courses
Youth Work Experience Program: Youth between the ages of 15-30 who have not successfully been able to find employment in their chosen career or educational paths may qualify for assistance
