Service Description:

Individuals who have completed a residential treatment program and experience difficulties may receive support to prevent a relapse while staying at home. Individual counselling sessions will allow the person to identify the causes of his/her problems and create an action plan. He or she can also choose to participate in group sessions depending on his/her needs.

Application:

Individuals who have completed a residential program and need additional support to stay abstinent. Individuals will have to summit to a drug test before admission and at random. Call or email for services.
