Service Description:
|
Individual sessions held to create and monitor service plan, and make referrals. Mandatory daily group sessions in the morning and afternoons during the week. Recreation activities offered as well as addiction counselling. Chores/housekeeping assigned on rotation basis at the weekly House Meeting. Service plans devised on individual basis up to six months.
