Service Description:

Physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the motor, nervous, skeletal and respiratory systems that may have a variety of causes: work, sports, motor vehicle collision injuries, chronic conditions and to recover after an operation (i.e. hip and knee joint replacement surgery) * services offered:

pain management rehabilitation
gait training
splinting
falls prevention
post burns mobilizations
post stroke
rehabilitationorthopedic rehabilitation
provides consultation and ongoing treatment
will help to fill out forms
Assisted Devices Program (ADP) authorizer for mobility ( walkers only)
Wait list from 6 months to a year for non-urgent, non post-op referrals * post-op wait list of 1 -2 weeks after receipt of referral
