Service Description:

Misiway Milopemahtesewin Community Health Centre is an Indigenous Community Health Centre dedicated to promoting holistic health as an approach to creating wellness, which encourages individuals to:
- Balance and integrate their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects
- Establish respectful, cooperative relationships with others and the environment
- Make wellness-orientated lifestyle choices and
- Actively participate in one’s own health decisions and healing process
We provide quality programs and services that honour, respect and support Indigenous culture, values and healing practices complemented by western approaches to primary care. Services include Primary Health Care, Diabetes Education, Traditional Healing including a Turning Full Circle program for those within the Justice System, and a Child/Youth Mental Health and Addiction Program.
