Focus is on building strengths, abilities, and resources while working on developing on plan on how to address concerns.
Sessions typically last an hour and you can access the service as often as needed.

Children, youth, and families do not need an appointment or a referral.
Walk-in during clinic hours and ask to meet with a clinician.
