Individual and couples counselling is available which may include counselling for:
coping with daily pressures, grief or loss
having difficulties communicating
addressing parenting issues
suffering from depression or anxiety
adjusting to family changes
Single session therapy is available.

Yes, a sliding scale for fees may be offered to those with low income.

Referrals are accepted from all sources including self-referrals. Call for intake.
