Service Description:

This program is designed for pregnant women, mothers, or fathers with children under the age of six. All Pregnancy/Parenting Outreach Program clients are assessed and involved in the treatment planning process.
Staff provide counselling and referrals in the client's home.

Call, email or complete the online referral form.
Following a telephone assessment and information session, individuals will be assigned to an outreach worker.
