Provides supports for individuals and their families such as:
Counselling for individuals and families: Ages 14 and up * focuses on grief and loss, anxiety and depression, stress/ burnout, life transitions, interpersonal conflict
Grief Support: advanced grief recovery method programs, customized grief support program, grief education, grief coaching
Caregiver Support: customized caregiver support program, system navigation support, referrals and resources, advocacy
Aging Support: certified professional consultant on aging, support with aging in place planning, connection to services, care planning, resources
End of Life Doula: advanced care planning, legacy planning, grief support and counselling
