20-bed long-term care home * residential care for 4 private rooms, 2 semi-private rooms, and 14 basic rooms * 24 hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- social programs
