Service Description: Provides programs and services to children and young individuals with long term disabilities such as:

Therapy services
  • occupational therapy
  • physiotherapy
  • speech-language
  • social work

Respite care
  • provides funding for respite for individual caring for children with disabilities 

Clinics
  • seating clinic
  • orthotics
  • feeding and swallowing program
  • neurology, orthopedic and psychology 
  • transition clinic
  • augmentative communication and writing aids

PEERS program
  • teaches teens social skills and are given the opportunity to make and keep friends through coaching during weekly socialization homework assignments

Early learning resources
  • provides a specialized program requiring early childhood education resource consultant support for children with special needs

H. S. McLellan Preschool
  • offers educational preschool program and a toddler program
  • provides developmentally appropriate program for children with special needs
  • offers full day childcare program

TRIPLE P program (Positive Parenting Program)
  • teaches positive parenting by ensuring a safe , interesting environment and using assertive discipline and having realistic expectations
