62-bed long-term care home * residential care for 8 private rooms, 12 semi-private rooms, and 8 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
- physiotherapy
Additional services and facilities:
- foot care
- palliative care
- pastoral care
- hair dressing/barber
Short-Stay Care (Public) - 1 short-stay bed (respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief) * publicly funded * offered up to 90 days per year, as available * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents
Interim Care - 1 interim bed (residential care for hospital patients waiting for long-stay admission) * publicly funded * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents
Convalescent Care - 2 convalescent care beds (residential care before returning home after a hospital stay) * publicly funded * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents
