Service Description:

This mental health program provides therapy and community education to those with a serious mental illness and their families.
These services include:
individual and group counselling
assessment and treatment planning
case management interventions
facilitated self-help groups
community consultation/liaison
community education

Application:

Individuals who experience a serious mental illness can be referred to the program through the Intake service.
