Service Description:

This program provides early intervention services to individuals experiencing early episode psychosis and their families.
Support is offered to those in crisis associated with early episode psychosis.

Application:

Individuals may be referred by other service providers or may self-refer by phone or in person.
Contact Intake Worker to complete initial referral form. A comprehensive screening will be done by the early intervention worker.
