Service Description:
|
Provides assistance to continue living independently in your home as long as possible by providing you with home care such as:
- bath preparation
- light house keeping
- laundry
- meal preparation
- transportation for grocery shopping and banking
- arrangement for medical transportation
- friendly visits
- contracted services for lawn cutting and snow removal (subject to financial eligibility)
