Chronic Disease Prevention and Management Program - Sessions to learn ongoing self-care * includes information about coping, health guidelines, medication usage, working with health professionals, and informed treatment decisions
Smoking Cessation Program - Help to quit smoking, available for Ontario Drug Benefit recipients
Wellness Seminars - Drop-in sessions on healthy eating, exercise, chronic disease prevention, and overall health and wellness
