Service Description:

Offers individual counselling and psychotherapy, as well as couples and family counselling, nutrition counselling with our registered dietitian and clinical supervision for social workers and psychotherapists in Ontario * Provides in-person counselling as well as online services via a secure video platform * services include:
- children - anxiety, low self esteem, big feelings
- youth and young adults - low self esteem, negative peer interaction, expectation stress
- life transitions - job changes, marriage, divorce, relocation
- perinatal mental health and bereavement
- trauma - historical abuse and trauma, vicarious and occupational trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault
- anxiety and depression - ruminating thoughts, avoidance behaviours, low mood, sleep disturbances
- chronic and/or palliative health issues
- grief and bereavement
